Form Tools

Form tools are used primarily in the turned parts industry and consist of, amongst others, Formed Dovetails, Flat Generating Tools, Thread Mills and Circular chasers - all of which are designed mainly for Wickman Auto's and single spindle auto's.

All form tools are finished on our Fanuc Wire Eroder or ground to a very high standard on our specialised optical profile grinders.

We offer a design service to manufacture tooling from component drawings of special request.
